Development Model
Our development model is designed to provide our clients an exceptional quality of scalable AX development, while allowing the benefit of reasonable development costs. We achieve this quality and scalability by having a team of expert technical architects and developers across North America and Eastern Europe. Our delivery model is based on the tight collaboration between these two groups.
The North American Technical Architects are responsible for the architecture, design, team management and, what we view as the pillar of our model - the quality control - necessary to deliver the exceptional results to our clients.
The Eastern European development teams are headed by Rock Star development leads, who collaborate tightly with their North American counterparts, on the design and delivery activities. The development teams comprise of highly skilled Dynamics 365 F&O developers, with experience in all facets of the D365 F&O technical consulting, such as Integration (Data management, Azure App Services, Power Apps, and other technologies), Upgrades, Data Migration (DMF and other technologies), Performance Troubleshooting and Optimization, System Extension and Customization, BI and Reporting, Workflow, and other.
We have successfully implemented this model to support several concurrent projects for our clients.
Dynamics 365 Upgrades
We have been involved in a variety of upgrades where our expertise and creativity proved indispensable to our client's upgrade success. Members of our team have participated in several TAP programs and have had a great exposure to the upgrade process evolvement. Given this experience, we are equipped to advise our clients on the preferred approach for their D365 F&O upgrade.
